Everything starts with an idea, a project or a problem to solve; we are keen to listen what a client needs, and help to translate it into a concept project.

Design development & site coordination

Not only a nice concept but a vision that is realistic and can be delivered; developing the design and coordinate the construction is mandatory to achieve this goal.

BIM model

We support projects across all phases, providing strategic expertise in building information modelling (BIM).
We are expert in Revit and use BIM on a daily basis.

Planning application

We help and support the client through the application process providing all the adequate documentations and drawings.

Refurbishment & renovation

We can help clients to “Recycle” buildings and give them a new life. We deeply believe is possible to renew public spaces, reinvigorate disused buildings and revive neighborhoods.

Design process

01_IDEA: Gathering all relevant material regarding the building process, investigate different options and talk to people.
The aim is to get the best possible overview of any factors that might affect the project and deliver the best solution to the client.

02_CONTEXT: Analyze the research in order to gain insight and a deeper understanding.
Particular attention is putted to the context, in order to develop a project capable of integrate within the surroundings.

03_CONCEPT: Based on the findings, it is possible to develop a range of viewpoints and scenarios for various concepts.
In this phase it's important to have an open and curious attitude so that no stone is left unturned.

04_DEVELOPMENT: Not only a nice concept but a vision that is realistic and can be delivered; developing the design and coordinate the construction is mandatory to achieve this goal.
