Following the client requests, in order to maximize the privacy of the tenants, the front side entrance of the building is characterized by a monumental façade with small openings; the south side instead, consists of generous double height windows overlooking the private garden and the privileged view over the Lugano Lake.

Simplicity and purity of the shape is what let the building integrate with the context and  maintain his own identity.
