Private villa extension
The two side facades facing a public gardens are characterized by the geometrical shape of the extension; the south side is completely open to the countryside ensuring a good enlightenment to the whole dwelling and a privileged view to the surrounding nature.

Appointed by a private clients, the project is a private villa extension.
The original villa, designed and built in the 1960s, was taken as a starting point for this latest addition, avoiding any cacophony of material and form. New and Old coexist in a comprehensive building in which heritage and innovation remain visible and clear.
